HR Operations & Transformation Director | Whirlpool CorporationTommaso is currently leading the HR Operation for Whirlpool EMEA and the integration activities related to the recently announced Whirlpool deal. Prior to this role, Tommaso has been leading the Organizational Excellence and Change Management team over the last 3 years. Prior to joining Whirlpool he worked 4 years as Group Organization and Change Management Manager in Generali Insurance Company, leading the HR transformation journey. He has also spent a few years in major consultancy firms (E&Y and AT Kearney). Tommaso holds a Master degree in Engineering from Polytechnic in Milan and an Executive Master in Business & Administration Management from INSEAD.
