Valentina Tosetti

Graduated with honors in Education Sciences from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with over 20 years of experience in HR (People Development and Talent Management) across multinational companies in a variety of industries, including automotive, industrial, hospitality, retail, and pharmaceutical sectors. She has managed projects in large companies as a consultant in training, development, and internal communication, focusing on assessment and learning tools. In recent years, she has led the creation and startup of People Development functions in multinational companies at both local and corporate levels, specializing in change management and transformation. In 2005, she co-authored a book titled The Magic Mirror: A Manual for the Modern Trainer with Andrea Ceriani, published by Armando in Rome.
