Experienced in multi-cultural environment, public and private, local and international, large and small companies, I did challenge jobs where people involvement and interpersonal communications, even with foreign-languages, are relevant. For more than twenty-five years I've been in charge of private and public Companies departments or units with budget responsibilities concerning organization and human resources management. Seven years working on my own, focusing my previous experiences, both private and public environment, helping organizations building new systems and achieving specific changes and improvements related to the new systems introduction and implementation. At the present I'm in charge of Operations Management in Confindustria Firenze. As TQM Assessor for APQI-Associazione Premio Qualità Italia and for AICQ-Associazione Italiana per la Cultura della Qualità, I carry out the organization audit and evaluation for the Innovation Confindustria Award and for the Public Administration Award both based on the EFQM-European Foundation for Quality Management framework.
