She started her career in executive search consultancy focusing on providing expertise and coaching on cross country projects for middle and top management. After a specialization in manufacturing and automotive industry she joined IKEA working on the creation of centralized recruitment team. She successfully led a data driven transformation to recruitment, since 2023 she is Talent Acquisition Manager leading a team of 16 recruiters being responsible for the country retail recruitment.
