He is a senior finance leader with 15+ years work experience in the High Tech Industry spanning across multiple continents (Europe, North America) and businesses (Online, Cloud, Software, Hardware, AI). He spent 10+ years at Microsoft covering different finance roles in Italy, USA and Central and Eastern Europe, gathering solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Controllership functions. He is currently working at Nvidia leading the Finance team for the EMEA Market, partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive growth across the region. Very passionate about empowering people, driving actionable business insights and leveraging new technologies. In his career Paolo has a track record of building high performance teams implementing modern finance methods to measure and manage organizational performance. Born in Molise, he's been expat most of his life.
