I am passionate about people, future and technology, particularly the inner technology of the human being, which I consider key in this era of exponential acceleration. I realize my purpose in connecting and nurturing individuals, as well as building and energizing teams that tackle transformative challenges. Throughout my career, I have focused on matching project requirements with colleagues’ skills, experience, motivational drivers and needs. I designed and orchestrated the activities of Saipem first innovation lab, crafted a research office for geo-political, socio-economic and technological trends, dealt with critical skills development and am currently responsible for Saipem Sustainable People Strategy. As a wellbeing designer, I create generative relationships that integrate productivity with the enhancement of personal fulfillment. I break organizational silos and love to make things happen while having fun.
