Andrea is the Managing Director of Kyriba Italy where he is building a successful regional operation. He has 25+ year of experience in executive positions with demonstrated history of delivering high performance while ensuring outstanding customers experiences and creating a respectful and positive environment. Before Kyriba he spent 12 years as Vice President at IBM responsible for Industrial, Commercial and Consumer Global Markets. At IBM Andrea was also responsible for the Business Analytics Brand Unit from 2009 to 20013. From 2008 to 2010 he was part of the team based in London who launched successfully the European operation of Taleo (Talent Management Saas Solution) before the company has been bought by Oracle. From 1998 to 2008 he established and built the Italian operation for MicroStrategy Corp, and he has been awarded as the fastest growing Country for 5 year in a row Prior he was Sales Manager for both Informix Corp and Oracle Corp Andrea has a degree in Computer Science.
