I have over 22 years of experience in CRM/CX and cloud solutions, and I am the Group CEO of CRMpartners Italia & Iberia, a leading provider of Zoho and Freshworks solutions for businesses across Europe and Latin America. I hold a Master's degree in eBusiness Management from ISTUD.
I am also the cofounder of H2HR, an HR tech company that measures and improves organizational wellbeing and diversity, using AI and neuroscience. I am a certified mindfulness trainer and a visiting lecturer at John Cabot University, where I share my knowledge and passion for CRM, digital marketing, and neurosciences.
