Corporate Open Health, ESG & HSE Director | Zambon

Senior executive leader driving enterprise-wide transformation through the integration of ESG, Sustainability, Open Health and EHS into core business strategy, translating regulatory complexity, climate risk and operational challenges into resilience and long-term value creation.
I have built my career at the intersection of science, business and people — evolving from a technical and scientific background into executive leadership, while keeping a strong focus on turning complexity into practical and sustainable solutions.
As Corporate Open Health, ESG & EHS Director at Zambon, I lead the global sustainability and EHS agenda across 23 countries and 5 manufacturing sites spanning the Americas, Europe and Asia. I advise Executive Leadership and the Board on sustainability strategy, scenario analysis, emerging risks and long-term opportunities, supporting enterprise-wide decision-making and transformation.
My background combines a strong scientific foundation in Applied and Environmental Chemistry with extensive expertise in ESG, sustainability, EHS, risk management, integrated management systems and organizational transformation. Key areas of focus include ESG strategy and reporting (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, ISSB), climate and risk management, corporate health, circular economy, sustainable supply chains, ESG data governance, stakeholder engagement and cultural transformation.
I believe sustainability creates its greatest impact when embedded into how organizations think, decide and operate, connecting people, planet, risk and business performance. My leadership approach combines scientific rigor, strategic vision and pragmatism to turn complexity into actionable, measurable impact.
