Previously, Bastian held senior HR roles at Trivium Packaging, Sherwin-Williams, and Valspar, managing large-scale projects such as global SuccessFactors rollouts, talent management initiatives, digitalization of HR processes as well as organizational transformation projects. His career spans both operational and strategic HR in multicultural environments, with a focus on process standardization, change management, and leadership development. Bastian holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (HR) from Grenoble Ecole de Management, an Executive Master from SDA Bocconi, and is fluent in German, English, and Italian.
