Dina Alvarez is Global Head of Talent & Culture at Vueling Airlines (IAG Group) and a People & Culture executive with over 2 decades of international experience leading HR transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience and organisational change.
She specialises in building future-ready organisations through strategic workforce planning, leadership acceleration and AI-enabled people transformation, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive sustainable growth and performance.
A certified Professional Coach (PCC, ICF) and Vice-President of the Spanish Employee Experience Professionals’ Association, Dina combines extensive executive experience with academic research. She is currently pursuing a PhD focused on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on career development and social inequalities, bridging research and practice to shape the future of work.
