Director Corporate Management Education at ISTUD Business School. International mindset, strategic vision, problem solving and agility are the skills I’ve successfully developed in highly complex and changing Corporate and Entrepreneurial Organizations. I’ve run and grown business which span across several industries for some of the world’s most famous Companies and brands, working on brand repositioning, business turnarounds, procurement, sales&marketing strategies, start up. I lived in China (Shenzhen SEZ) and Hong Kong for 2+ years, at the end of 80’s. Presently, I work for ISTUD Business School, appointed to the position of BU Director of Enterprise Solutions, the ISTUD business area that develop tailor made projects of change management for Italian and International companies. I’m trainer, teacher, facilitator and advisor of entrepreneurs, executives and middle manager, helping them and their organizations to put in practice the innovative business models and to change behaviuoral approaches. I’m Head of the ISTUD Master in Marketing and Digital Management, to drive young talents into understand some strategic pillars of the business environment. I’m also Member of Board of Directors of ISTUD s.r.l. and Faculty Member for Business Strategies, Marketing & Sales.
