I’m CEO of Galvanina where I work alongside PE The Riverside Company to craft a new operating model to maximize sustainable value creation. My ultimate goal is to improve the organization’s ability to align around a common vision, execute that vision effectively, and renew itself through innovation and creative thinking.
Passionate about innovation and value creation, I cofounded OkioNetwork where I act as a venture capitalist, entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and board member in many start-ups, developing a growth ecosystem to support new ideas to succeed.
Previously +7yrs of consulting experience with Accenture Strategy & Consulting, Bonfiglioli Consulting, and Deloitte where I developed a wide knowledge about large and multiannual corporate transformation programs, focusing on Operating Model/ Organization Design effectiveness and Processes transformation (e.g., supply–chain resilience, process digitalization, lean six sigma, activity pooling, etc.), on G&A and corporate functions in different industries (e.g., consumer goods, food & beverage, automotive, industrial goods, pharmaceutical, chemical, etc.). Additional experience in Post Merge Integration, and PMO.
I worked and lived in Italy and Australia, and I have spent significant time in USA and Germany as well.
