Joao Barbosa

João is one of the co-founders of Gympass, so he is an expert in global management and business strategy of the company. In 2013, João moved to Mexico to expand the operation of Gympass and he became a General Director of LATAM. Before landing to Gympass, he graduated in Economics at University of São Paulo and he worked in Citibank and in Santander for 4 years. These experiences were very important because he gained results in financial sector. He also worked in Carlyle Group, one of the most important travel agency in Brazil as Strategic Manager. In order to support the European market, João is now the new Country Manager of Gympass Italy. He is very confident in the results Italy will achieve in 2018.
