Born in China and grown up in Italy, multicultural is the best word to describe me with the Chinese hardworking and the Italian passion and Energy.
Graduated with honor in Management Engineering and received offer in Mphil from Cambridge University, the excellent academic record made me a fast learner at work and keen on continuous improvement.
Gained numerous international experiences during my studies in Australia, UK, Ireland and US, and working experience in China, Singapore and Italy.
During my experience in global supply chain and logistics in Tenova, beside proficiency in operations, I kept focus on process improvement and innovation, both in local in China and in terms of coordination with headquarter in Italy.
As a consultant of Supply Chain Management of Futurmaster, I worked for Akzonobel aiming at implementing IBP/S&OP process in Singapore, and I also worked for Luxasia to implement a personalised distribution replenishment planning system.
In Singapore I worked in Dell in the global supply chain nerve center to monitor and enable a smooth flow of the supply chain on a daily basis.
Currently I'm implementing the Integrated Business Planning process as part of Pirelli's Digital Transformation program.
My hobby as MC makes me comfortable with public speaking, both presenting events and at work, my presentations can always capture attention of my audience. A high level of self-confidence is a requirement and also a consequence of this job.
