Director of HR Business Partnering & Analytics | FortoLuca Marrocco is Director of HR Business Partnering & Analytics at Forto, the Berlin-based digital freight forwarder, where he partners with the CEO and C-level on operating model design, org effectiveness and talent development, having redesigned the company's operating model for profitability and built its leadership coaching and performance culture, alongside launching AI assistants that are reshaping how the People function works. He is also the founder of TR-sparently, a SaaS platform that helps European companies turn the EU Pay Transparency Directive into a fairness and talent advantage rather than a compliance burden, putting him at the center of how AI and regulation are jointly reshaping the future of work.
A lawyer by training with a Master's in Law from the Università degli Studi di Siena and an MBA in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School Madrid, Luca has built his career across Madrid, Dubai and Berlin: starting in consulting at WTW, where he owned the Artificial Intelligence & Digital Talent compensation practice for Spain, then scaling People functions at Delivery Hero and talabat, including a stint as interim Chief People Officer for Europe leading 86 people across 9 countries, and serving as Global Head of Talent & Rewards at Beyond One across MEA and LATAM.
