I define myself as an inspiring, goal-oriented, and focused dreamer on a mission to save the planet.
I founded WildSteps & Outdoor Portofino with the mission to involve 10 million people to live, understand and protect nature. We create meaningful experiences, events and projects to connect people to nature, for their own well-being and for the health of the planet.
I'm a former water sports professional athlete with a very strong connection with nature and the outdoors.
I love, live, and study nature.
I've developed my ecological knowledge with a Master's Degree in Environmental Science. But I really understood ecology in the field. Hiking, kayaking, freediving, and ski mountaineering are my passions and the way I stay connected to Planet Earth.
I founded Outdoor Portofino (www.outdoorportofino.com) in 2011 and OutBe in 2022.
During covid, I achieved an Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA) that helped me become a better leader. But also in this case is the experience as a professional water polo and kayak polo athlete and team leader, plus founding and managing a company for years that really made me the manager I am.
I grew up and live in Italy, in a picturesque fisherman town in Liguria, close to the ocean and the mountains. The perfect playground for an outdoor lover and nature addict. I'm in love with this amazing territory and heritage, growing up my two kids with sandy feet and soily hands.
