After earning a master's degree in Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility, she has been involved in social media management, account management, and advertising for the past 6 years until her current position as Brand Manager at 3Bee. Her activities range between directing the architecture, design and implementation of internal and external brand guidelines for new products and programs such as the launch of new titles, training programs and brand events; representing the 3Bee brand in collaborative campaigns with key content partners (e.g. Muschio Selvaggio, FantaSanremo, Legolize, Barbascura, Milanese Imbruttito); managing multiple teams within top creative and social agencies (Publicis, Havas Media Group, NewCo, CNC Media) to ensure the highest quality creative and its alignment with 3Bee's strategy.
