Valentina Casadio Montanari is an accomplished HR leader with over 10 years of experience in strategic human resources, learning and development, and talent management. She is currently the Group Head of Learning & Development for Dedalus Group's Global Products & Technology Healthcare Business, where she oversees talent development, performance management, and people growth strategies across EMEA, US, and APAC regions. Previously, Valentina served as Head of People Experience at Kantar XTEL, where she played a pivotal role in leading global organizational changes. She was responsible for the design and deployment of the People strategy, playing a key role in the separation of the XTEL business from Kantar, managing HR process application across 11 countries. This included overseeing due diligence in collaboration with the global M&A team, and leading the integration of the StepUp business, harmonizing HR processes and cultural practices across regions. Throughout her career, Valentina has been a strategic leader in designing and implementing people development initiatives, culture transformation, and global engagement programs. Her expertise spans diverse industries, from industrial to technology and software development. Valentina holds a Bachelor's degree in Lifelong Educational Processes and several executive certifications in leadership, change management, and strategic HR management.
