Alessandro Reati

Since 1993, my job is consultancy, training and research, working with executives and managers. I have served as consultant and expert for numerous companies (form small private firms to large multinational corporation). In particularly, I have developed some projects of organizational change and development (especially focused on the management of human resources, engagement, smart & agile working). Working alongside HR and training departments I experienced across a number of industry sectors (including automotive, banking, chemicals, consumer goods, engineering & manufacturing, fashion, financial services, healthcare, high tech, insurance, oil and gas, pharma, retail, telco). My contribute to an organization's success is improving the performance and well-being of its people. I assist in resolving a variety of workplace issues, overall identifying how people behaviours and attitude can be improved through hiring, training and feedback systems.
