I was born in Genoa in 1992, always passionate about music, with studies at the Conservatory. I have a mentality oriented towards continuous improvement, with solid academic foundations addressed to the world of Human Resources; I have matured a concrete experience on the field, matured in areas of medium-great business near companies of cruises, transports, GDO and Energy, where I have covered roles is commercial that of management of the human resources. Able to make the most of teamwork and able to promote the commitment of all employees, they are able to manage negotiations at all levels with a win-win approach. At the same time, I implemented employer branding projects through the network with some Business Schools and Universities on the national territory. At the moment I am Group HR Talent Acquisition of Cimbali Group SpA, I deal with talent attraction, employer branding and on-boarding. I believe in the value of human capital and I do it with passion.
