Director Global People & Culture Development | IvoclarAndreas brings 20 years of experience in HR and People & Culture across consulting, industry and healthcare. He holds a Master’s degree in Work Psychology and a PhD in Natural Sciences.
Currently as Director Global People & Culture Development for a multinational dental company, he leads global initiatives in organizational development and transformation, leadership, talent development, learning and P&C governance. His work covers more than 40 sites worldwide across sales, marketing, logistics, production, and services. As a speaker, Andreas shares practical perspectives on how leaders can develop people, strengthen culture, and build resilient organizations ready for change. All of that with the support of data driven technology and a high modern digital infrastructure.
