With over 18 years of strategic human resource management experience, Carlo has held senior leadership roles in Human Resources for a number of multi-billion, multinational corporations such as Citigroup, STM and currently Schneider-Electric. Carlo earned Master's degrees in Organizational Leadership from Oxford Business School, in Business from IMD and Executive Leadership at INSEAD. Carlo interprets the HR function as a fundamental leverage to support business growth and drive a company's performance, throughout combined development of the company and its human capital.
