With over 10 years of experience in business transformation, she supports organizations — particularly Private Equity portfolio companies — in maximizing value and achieving sustainable growth through strategic, high-impact initiatives. Currently a Senior Manager at BIP Corporate Finance & Strategy, she advises sponsors and executive teams on value creation, IPO readiness, post-deal integration, and large-scale transformation programs. Previously, she served as Head of the Transformation & Change Management Office at Sky Italia, reporting directly to the CTO. In this role, she led enterprise-wide initiatives across technology, organizational design, and operating models — driving integration, cross-border synergies, and strategic alignment with Group objectives. She holds a degree in Management Engineering (specializing in Business Consulting) and combines analytical rigor with execution focus to deliver measurable outcomes in complex environments. Beyond her professional role, she actively contributes to the community as a Nova Talent member, Mentor at Mentors4U, and Board Member of LIUC Alumni, promoting leadership development, innovation, and thought leadership in transformation and change management.
