A global pioneer, Kristin created WIN 26 years ago to bring alive a vision of a more feminine, global and sustainable way at work, in communities and life. Thousands of individuals and hundreds of world-class companies have attended WIN's live experiences across Europe as well as in India, Nigeria, Japan and the UAE. She was recently awarded the EuroKnowledge Outstanding Women Leadership Award, The American Club of Rome Award for her contribution to the International Community, the CEO for Life Award, Diversity Global Magazine Award and the International Alliance of Women Award. In her early career she worked for JP Morgan, Citibank and Innovation Norway, EU and as a strategy and marketing consultant. A business economist (BI, Oslo) with an MBA (Milan's Bocconi), she has also completed a wealth of interdisciplinary studies, including creativity through Zen acting and yoga. She attends global meetings such as the W7 of the G7 and the Nobel Peace Prize Forum, she also chaired the Women in Leadership meeting at the Davos SDG tent in 2020 and lead and chaired Women Leadership in Peace and Harmony le Future by GCFWIN, hosted by CSPOC at the UN in Geneva in 2022 &23 & 24.
