Her extensive experience in HR consulting featured expert involvement in large-scale transformation initiatives across Pharma, Telecom and the Public Sector, with a focus on the alignment of organizational change with cultural and operational effectiveness. Transitioning into international HR leadership roles in the Telecom, Energy, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, consistent focus was placed on two priorities: organizational transformation with strategic impact and employee experience as a driver of performance. Through her current role as Chief People & Technology Officer at Lavipharm, the integration of human-centered leadership with digital innovation is being fostered.
