Monica Murero
Director E-Life International Institute | Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico IIMonica Murero is Professor of Digital Communication and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Naples Federico II and Director of the e-Life International Institute. She holds a Ph.D. from the State University of New York and a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Oxford University Business School. Recipient of Italy’s prestigious “Rientro dei Cervelli” Award (Brain Gain) for outstanding international researchers, she collaborates with UNESCO on AI literacy and advises the World Health Organization on digital transformation. Her work explores how AI transforms innovation, leadership, and well-being across society, art, and culture — always with a focus on enhancing the human factor at the heart of technological progress, both nationally and internationally.
