Alessia De Albertis is a People & Culture leader with over 15 years of experience across the financial services, insurance, and technology sectors. A graduate of Bocconi University with a Master's degree in Systemic Coaching, she has built her career in increasingly senior HR and Organizational roles within global companies, spanning both Centres of Expertise and HR Business Partnering.
Over the past seven years, Alessia has held HR leadership positions in the technology industry, including nearly four years at WIIT, where she contributes not only to local initiatives but also to Group-wide People & Culture strategies and organizational development.
Her expertise includes talent management, organizational design, leadership support, and driving people-focused transformation in international environments.
