Domenico Santoro

Domenico Santoro, HR Director at Air Liquide Italia S.p.A, Contract Professor in "Industrial Management and Certification Systems" at the University of Milan Bicocca, Past Chairman of "Gas Safety Committee" at Federchimica - Assogastecnici. Electronic engineer, he joined Air Liquide in 2004. After consistent experiences as a manager in operations, he spent many years in quality and safety management. Author of books and various publications in this field, he has increasingly focused his work on the systemic innovation of paradigms, methods and tools to manage occupational safety on the basis of the enhancement of human factor and the use of new technologies.
