My professional target is to decline Company's strategy managing Human Resources supporting the achievement of business objectives in the Region. Proven track in designing and managing HR strategic plans to support merger, acquisition and internationalization of the business. Change maker by reshaping HR organizations, boosting a business partnership attitude, and promoting leadership development and change management. My professional experience comes from multinational companies where I worked in a global and complex matrix. My experience is in multi- site location, Countries, Regions and Business Units. I am a very pragmatic and motivated person, and I like meeting new people to find out their character and world view. I believe in my strong communication and interpersonal skills and in continuous improvement, personnel development and innovation.
