I am the responsible for Group HR Digital Processes team within Assicurazioni Generali since December 2017. In this role I led the design and delivery of the first Group HR IS platform currently active for more than 80.000 employees in more than 40 different Countries. The solution includes a Group Core HR Database that enables the main Talent Management Processes linked to strategic initiatives (Performance Management, Learning, Internal Job Posting, Succession Planning, Reporting e Analytics). Previously I developed a deeph experience in Digital transformation initiatives during more than 10 years working for Allianz Technology HQ and Accenture Strategy Italy.
