Georgi Yankov

Georgi Yankov is Senior Scientist of Assessment Innovation at Hogan Assessments, with extensive expertise in psychometrics, individual differences, and data science. He has developed tests and simulations to assess personality, cognitive ability, behavioural skills, values, and integrity. Previously at DDI, he led an innovation lab which developed the LLM-based scoring and infrastructure for delivering automated behavioural simulations. He holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
