Katalin Karácsonyi

Katalin Karácsonyi is an international HR Manager with more than 20 years of experience leading People & Culture initiatives across Europe. Throughout her career, she has supported organizational transformations, shared service implementations, talent strategies and workforce planning in complex multinational environments.
Currently serving as Head of Human Resources for Eastern Europe at TK Elevator, she partners with business leaders across five countries to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and business transformation.
Katalin has a particular interest in the future of work and how organizations can create environments where people thrive during periods of continuous change. She believes that employee wellbeing is influenced not only by health and resilience initiatives, but also by organizational clarity—ensuring that people understand their roles, decision-making processes, collaboration networks and expectations. In an increasingly AI-enabled workplace, she sees organizational clarity as a key driver of engagement, trust and sustainable performance.
Her current areas of interest include workforce planning, organizational transformation, leadership, AI and the evolving relationship between people, technology and organizational culture.
