Simon Kukulski is VP and Head of People Insights at Rolls-Royce, where he leads the analytics capability underpinning workforce intelligence, talent strategy, and people data governance across a global engineering organisation.
Over 12 years in data — eight of them in leadership — Simon has built predictive models supporting talent pipeline decisions, driven the cultural shift that made analytics genuinely adopted rather than merely available, and established data governance frameworks that balance compliance with operational control.
His work sits at a point that most organisations find difficult: where the rigour of data science meets the human complexity of organisational behaviour. He is a regular contributor to industry conversations on people analytics, shared services transformation, and the gap between AI adoption and AI value.
Simon is based in London and writes on workforce intelligence, GBS leadership, and the human factors of AI transformation.
