Susanne Bodensohn

Susanne Bodensohn is a talent acquisition leader who has spent her career building recruiting teams and leading them remotely globally. Her career spans companies such as Apple, Accenture and Spotify. At Accenture she progressed to lead a 26-person recruiting organization and established a HR Shared Service. She went on to lead a distributed global tech hiring team at Spotify during hypergrowth and is now Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Arxada, hiring globally across white- and blue-collar roles. She champions AI-enabled recruiting, including building her own AI agents, and wrote her Master’s thesis on AI based process improvements talent acquisition.
