Valeria Ferreri is a Senior Director at Flex Ltd. based in Milan. She currently serves as the Global HR Business Partner for the Global Services and Solution division, is Regional HR Business Partner for Flex Design Centres in EMEA, and is HR Director at the Flex design centre in Milan. In a Human Resources career spanning more than 20 years, Ms. Ferreri has worked in the information technology, oil & gas, and product design, manufacturing and services sectors in a variety of HR roles. At Flex, she founded the HR department in the Milan site, starting a path of local alignment to corporate processes and culture. Ms. Ferreri is a champion for neurodiversity and is passionate about workforce diversity. She has pioneered multiple initiatives to make Flex an inclusive environment for people with disabilities and speaks on this topic at conferences and events all over the world. Ms.Ferreri is a graduate of Modern Literature from The University of Milan.
