Antonio Calcò Labruzzo

Prior to joining Takeda Antonio served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Colosseum, a growing Dental services company, and Global Head of HR for Corporate functions at COFCO International, a world-class agriculture supply chain company. He held several senior roles in HR both as a Talent Manager and Business Partner at Kraft-Heinz, Vodafone, GE Healthcare and L'Oreal being based in Italy and China. Antonio holds a Master of Science in Business Management from Bocconi University and lives in Switzerland with his wife Valentina and their lovely daughter Asia. In addition to his passion for developing people and organizations he is keynote speaker on several business related topics and has authored a best-selling book about international career development.
