I am the Head of Talent and Culture at Wallee Group, a leader in the Swiss payment industry currently expanding across new geographies. With leadership, impact, and practicality at the core, I built the foundation of my decade-long HR career in Romania. Working within international environments across both local businesses and large corporate structures, I developed a deep sense of adaptability to different mindsets. Now based in Switzerland, I lead the Group People function for Wallee Group, where I rapidly stepped up to manage the hands-on realities of growing teams across multiple European locations.

Having navigated diverse geographical contexts, I bring a broad perspective to everything under the HR umbrella, from talent acquisition to organizational growth. I genuinely thrive in the scale-up space, stripping away corporate bureaucracy to make a visible, meaningful impact on business performance.
