Doriana De Benedictis

Attracted by new technologies and fascinated by everything that is innovation and enhancement of human capital, Doriana De Benedictis worked for 19 years at IBM, starting as Learning Specialist for Human Resources division. Her career path develops as Recruitment Professional; Employer Branding Leader and in the last 4 years as Diversity Engagement Partner. Since April 2019 Doriana joined EY to lead the Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Italy, Spain and Portugal. She works alongside the leadership team to study, design and promote initiatives and strategies for enhancing the potential of individuals, different from each other, and therefore able to bring each one a unique value and contribution to the firm performance. In July 2021 has been promoted as EY Europe West Diversity&Inclusion Leader, coordinating the D&I strategy and actions of 25 countries of the new region. Mother of two, she is passionate about people, cake design and traveling around the world with family and friends.
