Elisabetta Volta - Biography Since September 2014 I was the Head of Group Training, Development & Recruitment for Tenova. I coordinated global initiatives aimed at attracting, training, developing and retaining key people in the company. From December 2013 to August 2014 I was in charge of Group Recruitment & Employer Branding for Tenova. Previously I held the same role at a global level for various companies within the Techint Group: Techint Industrial Corporation, Techint Engineering & Construction, Tenova. At the beginning of my career I was HR Consultant for multinational companies.
