My curiosity has always been fueled by questions, even more so than answers. This passion for words and understanding the human mind led me to embrace a philosophical approach to life. I hold a Master's degree in Philosophy of Mind and Language from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, enriched by an international experience, and have also completed a Master's in Counseling. I am currently working towards becoming a certified business coach. Transitioning from academia to corporate training, I started as an intern at KIKO and have since dedicated over a decade to learning and development. Now, as Global L&D Manager, I have the privilege of leading initiatives that align with our strategic goals, encouraging continuous learning, sparking innovation, and nurturing leadership across all levels of the organization. I am passionate about lifelong learning and empowering others, committed to supporting individuals realize their full potential and thrive in their work.
