Luigi Gozzi, MBA is in charge of Human Resources at the Furness Insurance Services group of companies, a certified 4-Day Week employer offering integrated broking, underwriting and claims handling services across Europe. Headquartered in the City of London, with offices in Milan, Barcelona and Brussels, Furness Insurance Services operates through its three key divisions: IPR International Professional Risks, Furness Underwriting, CHP Legal.
Fluent in four languages, Luigi has a diverse international background spanning HR, communications and sales, complemented by a strong academic foundation from the Universities of Trieste and Bayes Business School in London (formerly Cass).
