LOOP has become a global pioneer in building an inclusive and forward-thinking work environment — with a female leadership quota of 52% and a team representing 59 nationalities. Michelle Strachwitz has held leadership positions at LOOP for over 10 years. Her focus has been on internal development and organizational growth, supporting LOOP’s expansion — as well as working on the client side in her roles as Account Director and Head of Ventures. Today, Michelle Strachwitz leads LOOP’s sustainability initiatives as Head of Sustainability, with a focus on People, Culture, and Diversity — aiming to create the most welcoming workplace on a global scale. She was responsible for the co-creation of LOOP’s self-leadership program Care+Lead, developed in collaboration with external experts. Originally created to promote work-family balance and a family-friendly culture within LOOP, the program is now also helping other companies build more inclusive and supportive workplaces for parents.
