Wu Hu is a global healthcare executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry, specializing in international business development, manufacturing transformation, and cross-border leadership. With years of executive experience in the healthcare sector, she has led complex operations across China and Europe, navigating not only business challenges but also cultural, organizational, and institutional differences in international environments.

As a Chinese executive leading operations in Italy, Wu has gained firsthand experience managing cross-border integration, building multicultural teams, and bridging different management philosophies and working cultures. Her current leadership journey provides unique insights into how organizations can overcome cultural and political differences to achieve sustainable collaboration and growth.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Wu is also an invited guest speaker and academic contributor at several leading institutions, including CEIBS (Zurich Campus), Zhejiang Pharmaceutical University, and emlyon Business School (Shanghai Campus), where she shares her perspectives on global leadership, healthcare innovation, and international management.
