I am a passionate HR professional and senior executive with more than 20 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have worked at amazing companies: Mars, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Unilever and now The Magnum Ice Cream Company - closely with individuals, teams, and businesses to help them grow and perform at their highest potential. My professional background combines strategic thinking, spiced with a passion for understanding human behaviors and celebrating diversity. Over the years, I strengthened the unmissable connection between individual purpose and business growth. My favorite areas in HR are: innovation, working with new generations, lifelong learning and well-being. Beside my corporate life I invested a lot in developing Coaching skills, and I got certified in Sport and Well-being Coaching (as I am a competitive fitness athlete), as I want to support people create and enjoy lasting and meaningful life. My coaching philosophy focuses on sustainable progress rather than quick fixes. I believe true transformation happens when physical health, mental strength, and personal purpose are aligned. I enjoy helping people reconnect with their inner motivation and build routines that truly support them. Our joint goal – whether we are in or outside of business life - is to co-create a desired version of the self with balance, strength, and authenticity.
