With more than 15 years of international experience in human resources leadership, she combines strategic perspective with hands-on expertise in building organizations, developing leaders and enabling cultural change in complex, global environments.
Throughout her career, Melissa has held senior HR positions across technology, engineering, rail, manufacturing, and financial services. Having worked in global roles throughout her career and lived in Germany, Australia, South Africa, Austria and Switzerland, Melissa brings a truly global mindset and a deep understanding of diverse organizational cultures in the technology sector. She has gained experience in both large international corporations, including the Würth Group, as well as medium-sized companies, giving her a broad perspective on leadership across different organizational structures and business environments.
Alongside her international career, Melissa’s long-standing experience in dressage has shaped her appreciation for discipline, precision and continuous development. The dedication, consistency and trust required in the sport continue to influence her leadership philosophy and her approach to developing people, teams and organizations.
With her team, she recently received the MMK Award of Excellence for Innovative Management at the Munich Management Colloquium 2026. The award recognizes organizations that set new standards in leadership, organizational development and collaboration through innovative management approaches.
The recognition particularly honors the successful transformation of CHG-MERIDIAN's People & Culture organization into a globally connected function and the establishment of an international Talent Acquisition network.
Melissa holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology, Leadership & Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
She is currently pursuing her PhD in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Leadership. Her passion lies in empowering organizations to perform and navigate disruptive times – with people at the core.
