As Head of People at Prop Firm Match, she leads People strategy for a fully distributed team of 70+ employees representing 20+ nationalities. She is also the founder of Magnus HR, through which she has supported organizations across 22+ markets and built HR functions from the ground up for more than 10 small and mid-sized companies.

Her work sits at the intersection of people, data, and business growth, with a focus on global talent strategy, leadership, organizational culture, and the changing role of AI at work.
