Mihai Hahui is a Talent Acquisition leader with over 12 years of international experience helping technology companies attract, assess and scale talent across Europe and the Middle East. As Global Head of Talent at UPPER Technologies, he works with high-growth companies to build and scale their teams, while also helping shape UPPER’s approach to talent assessment and technical vetting. He is also involved with Tendent.ai, UPPER’s AI-powered talent assessment platform, which explores a simple question: how can companies move beyond CVs and job titles and better understand what candidates can actually do? Throughout his career, Mihai has focused on improving how organisations identify, evaluate and hire talent, combining structured assessment, market insight and technology to make better hiring decisions. He is particularly interested in how skills-based hiring and AI are changing talent acquisition, and what that means for the way organisations define roles, skills and potential.
