Cezary Mączka is HR & Corporate Director at SPIE Central Europe, leading the people agenda across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary — an organisation of nearly 4,500 employees.

Over more than 20 years in HR leadership at GE, EDF and Ferrovial/Budimex, he has worked at the centre of major business and organisational transformations — from banking consolidation and large-scale restructuring to redesigning organisations, integrating businesses and building new people capabilities.

His experience spans HR strategy, organisational culture, restructuring and integration, leadership and talent development. Throughout his career, he has focused on connecting the people agenda with business strategy and building organisations capable of performing through growth and transformation.

His view: HR earns its seat at the strategic table not simply by managing change, but by helping to design it.
