Xenia Paschopoulou is a Senior Talent Management Expert and Organizational Psychologist with over 26 years of corporate and consulting experience across multinational and local organizations. She currently serves as Talent & Recruitment Manager at the Hellenic Public Property Company (HPPC), driving strategic internal and external executive talent acquisition.

Throughout her career, Xenia has held in-house HR, consulting, and commercial roles, specializing in Headhunting, Executive Selection, Career Transition, Talent Development, and Corporate Accounts management. She is also the Founder of Verifined – Matching Experts and operates as an independent Career Counselor and Coach since 2010. To date, her track record includes over 5,200 executive interviews, 2,600+ career counseling hours, 320+ successful executive placements, and a strong commitment to pro-bono career advisory work.

Xenia holds an MSc in Organizational Behavior & Psychology from City University London and a BSc in Psychology & Sociology from The American College in Greece. She is a Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) and Certified Professional CV Writer (CPRW) through PARW-CC (Florida, USA), and is currently completing her Advanced Coaching Certification (ICF Level 2) with the Athens Coaching Institute. She is fluent in Greek and English, and conversational in French. Xenia currently lives in a beautiful suburb of Athens in Greece, enjoys travelling and genuinely loves meeting and connecting with people.
